Wax scale and workpiece are mainly adhered by mechanical adhesion, intermolecular van der Waals force adhesion and electrostatic adsorption. According to the principle of similar miscibility, the lipophilic group of the surfactant can directly combine with the mineral oil, stearic acid and other long chains in the polishing wax. At the same time, through the wetting and penetration of the surfactant, the tension between the wax stain and the workpiece surface is reduced, and then the wax stain is removed from the workpiece surface by the softening of the hydrophilic group, Then the emulsifying and compatibilizing effect of surfactant makes it disperse in the cleaning solution and no longer re aggregate or re adhere to the surface of the workpiece, so as to achieve the purpose of cleaning. Therefore, the removal of wax scale by dewaxing water actually means that the wax scale can be separated from the surface of the workpiece faster and dissolved into the cleaning liquid through the comprehensive action of directional adsorption, wetting, emulsification, dispersion and compatibilization of surfactant in the dewaxing water, supplemented by heating, spray washing, immersion washing or ultrasonic vibration cleaning.
