1. Relationship between chromic anhydride concentration and hardness
在其它技术条件一样的时分，铬酐浓度低时硬度高。但浓度低，镀液变化快，不安稳。
2.硫酸含量和硬度的联系
在正常的镀铬技术标准中。铬酐与硫酸的比值应当保持在100：1。在其它浓度不变时，进步硫酸含量，铬层的 硬度也相应增高。但在二者比值为100：1.4，再进步硫酸含量硬度值又会降低。
3.电流密度和硬度的联系

4.镀铬液安稳和硬度的联系
在较高温度(65～75℃)下，由稀溶液镀出的铬层比由浓镀液镀出的铬层硬度高15～20%;在较低温度(35～45℃) 下，由稀溶液镀出的铬层比由浓镀液镀出的铬层硬度没有多大差别。
5.镀铬层厚度与硬度的联系
一般硬铬镀层硬度是随厚度进步而进步的，硬度的最高值在0.2㎜摆布。今后，即便在进步厚度，硬度也不会 再添加。
